Repair or Replace?
Most running and leaking toilets can be fixed with new internal parts or a fresh wax ring. Replacement makes more sense when the tank or bowl is cracked, the toilet clogs no matter what, or it’s an old high-water-use model. A newer toilet can cut water use noticeably, which matters on a well as much as on city water. We’ll lay out both options before any work starts.
